Please note that this forum channel can only provide assistance to issues/concerns related to the AdWords API / Google Ads API.

As for your concerns related to the PHP client library, we suggest that you raise your concern on this link.

In AdWords API's perspective, you can update CPA of various Ad Groups via BiddingStrategyConfiguration of the AdGroupService. You can also check on this guide for more details and the sample code.

As an aside, I will be removing your post as it contains a screenshot of your Google Ads UI data. Moving forward, please refrain from sharing this in the forum. You can still share this to our team privately. Below is a copy of your original post.

"Customer is looking to programatically update the CPA of various Ad Groups. This is a column on our Google Ads Login: (please see attached screenshot)

The customer follows the API example here:

However, when the customer checks the code for the relevant object, namely AdGroup() they see no function inside called setTargetCpa() or something similar?

Please could somebody point the customer in the direction of being able to change a particular Ad Groups CPA through the API. I am unsure how to support the customer on this.
