Waiting on Basic Access permissions request

Hey there,
I submitted a request for Basic Access to the Google Ads API, but it's been well over two months with no response of any kind... It's integral to our company's performance that we be able to pull in ads performance data via API, so if you're aware of anything I can do to get a response back or speed up the process, please let me know. Here's my Manager Account ID: 607-020-9674. Also, there is no case number associated with my request, so that's not something I can provide. If you need me to submit another request for access, I'll do so, but I just need some sort of next steps or confirmation that my request will be responded to.

Following up on this. The first time I submitted a request for Basic Access was in October. Since then I've tried submitting twice more and have tried contacting the API team in several ways - through our ad rep, through the Google Ads API Forum, and through this email. I don't understand what's happening to make this such a drawn-out process, so please let me know what I can do to help. It is very necessary for our business processes that we have access to our company ads performance. We're not requesting data or access to any other companies, we simply want to ingest our daily ads/campaigns performance.
