Hi,

We want to simulating function on API.

Coud you tell us , What steps should I take to proceed to the application process for using "ReachPlanService"?

Also, if there is a person in charge in Japan, it would be helpful if you could let me know.

With regards to your concern about ReachPlanService, you may follow the steps in Authentication, Specifying a Media Plan, and Generating a Curve. In the authentication process, please note that, This feature is available to allowlisted accounts only. Contact your Google representative if you need access to the feature. Add to that, This guide covers authentication details specific to ReachPlanService. If you have not already, first complete the steps outlined in the Google Ads API quickstart and then come back here.

With regard to your question if there is a person in charge in Japan. Are you referring to Japanese speaker support? If yes, I am afraid to say that we don't have a support team that handles support cases in Japanese language. But if this is not what you meant, please let us know.

Thank you for your quick response.

With regard to the Google Representative that is mentioned in the document, we from Google Ads API support team does not have enough information about this on how to users will have a Google representative. With that being said, what we can do is to advise you to reach out to our Product support team via this link.

Yes, I need access to the feature.

Actually, I made an inquiry to the sales person in my home country(Japan), but she didn't seem to understand... so I'm asking here.

I don't want you to tell me the person in charge who can speak Japanese, but I want you to tell me the person who is "your Google representative" .
