Hi Google,

I have been waiting for the basic API access approval for 2 weeks but still
did not get a response.

I tried to contact with @Compliance team via

Hi,

Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API support team.

I understand your concern, as this matter is as important to us as it is to
you, we deeply understand the inconvenience this situation has caused.

Unfortunately, this case wasn’t routed to our support queue and due to this
reason we can’t directly route your concern to the Compliance team. Having
said that, I humbly ask to directly email us
to googleadsa...@google.com together with your Google Ads account or
the *MCC ID*, *Case ID* and *details*. We request you to create a new email
thread on our support queue, for us to move forward on this matter.

We highly appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured that we
will further assist you on this matter together with the compliance team.

Have a great day.

Regards,
Google Ads API Team

Thanks for the quick reply.
I had gone through the documentation you shared

```
*Adjustments*
*Your metrics may occasionally be updated one or more days after a click
occurs. This can happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited
to: When a conversion occurs days after the initial click When we
detect invalid traffic that needs to be removed*
```

From this I understand that its possible that a conversion value might be
initially recorded but could potentially be removed at a later stage due to
such adjustments.

Is my understanding correct?

The query I am using is

```
"query": "SELECT segments.conversion_action_name,
segments.conversion_action, metrics.all_conversions, metrics.conversions,
campaign.id, segments.date FROM campaign WHERE segments.date BETWEEN
'2023-05-14' AND '2023-05-20' AND metrics.all_conversions > 0"
```

Hi Muneeb,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Kindly take note that the Google Ads API report pulls the data in real time once Ads UI reports show the same data on Ads UI. Note that Google Ads API report data mirrors Google Ads UI reporting data. The API only mirrors what the UI can do or retrieve, so if you're unable to see it in the UI, then it is also not possible to get in the API. I hope this clears.

If you still have questions on the data accumulation in Google ads product, then the Google Ads Product support team is appropriate to discuss the further data accumulation in the backend. That said, I would recommend that you reach out to the Google Ads Product support team, via this link. If you find any discrepancies on data that you see on Google Ads UI report and Google Ads API reporting, then you may privately provide us the full screenshot showing it so that we can check better.

Hello,

To ensure you get proper assistance, we are reaching out to the Google Ads API Compliance team on your behalf and requesting input.

In the meantime, I've noticed that the CID (446-498-9630) you provided doesn't hold a developer token. Can you please double check if you've provided the correct MCC ID that holds the developer token that you would like to apply for additional API access? In addition to this, since you've mentioned that you've already reached out to the compliance team, kindly provide the Cases2 ID that was generated when you applied for additional access for your developer token, if there's any, so the compliance team can check it as well. A Cases2 ID has a format of #-############# and is usually found in the email subject or body.

@Compliance Team, please find the pertinent details below and confirm if you are able to assist.

Summary:
A user has applied for developer token more than 2 weeks ago, but has not yet received a response. He stated that they have reached out to compliance team where they also did not get a reply.

Google Ads API Forum Advisor <ads...@forumsupport.google>: Jul 21 02:29PM

Hello Mateen,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that there is no official Google Ads API client library in Node.js or React. The only available client libraries can be found in this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs). However, you may also check on this (https://github.com/Opteo/google-ads-api) client library from github. On the other hand, note that this is a third-party Google Ads API client library for Node.js.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Team.

Can you please confirm if the asset_group_listing_group_filter(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v14/asset_group_listing_group_filter_query_builder) is the report you are referring to, in order to obtain the value that was set on “setParentListingGroupFilter”? If so, Please refer to the sample query below.

SELECT
  asset_group.name
  asset_group_listing_group_filter.resource_name
FROM asset_group_listing_group_filter

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API Forum.

In order for us to investigate further the issue you are encountering, can you please share with us the whole Google Ads UI screenshot (without cropping with the CID shown) of the data in the UI you are trying to retrieve via API? This is so we can check on our end as well and provide more appropriate answers accordingly. You can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
