How does Google calculate the averages for the new "Search Top Percent" column

For the "Impressions on top percent", there is something not clear for me. Look at the image below : the total of this column its 96.29%. But when you calculate it by doin an averga of all the row the result shoud be 93.8%. We a re using Adwords  Api to retreive the data, its the same .

If you check https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7501826 you can see the calculations. The formula looks to be
Search top impression rate = Impressions on top/Impressions
so you would need to use impressions for each of the percentages to get the actual number of impressions on top for each row and then divide that total by total impressions.
