How to push a customer list to a Google Ads account through google ads API python SDK

Hi,
I have a CSV file of customer data that I want to upload (through google ads API SDK) to my google ads account to target a campaign.

I tried finding relevant functions/services in the google ads python library but couldn't find any. So, I need help identifying google ads services that I can leverage for this task.
Please share the python code if it is already written somewhere.

Please note that API cannot upload using files. However, you can refer to this available code in Python, for additional reference on how to upload customer matches via API.
