My access token still not approved.. this is unfair

Hi Google ads team, i have been working on an app, it is an ads agency website where we can manage ads for businesses, we create campaign for them, manage the performance, and also tracking of reports, and we are at a crucial stage of development, and we need the access token approved as soon as possible, this is the third time in this month we are applying, and we dont always get a response, please help, so we can go on with development.
