Why does the customer match user list closes in a day?

Hello Team Google Ads,

Thanks very much for your help.

I have created a user list with an unlimited lifespan using test users. However, the user list was closed within a day. Are these the correct behaviors?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. You mention you are using 'test users'. Is it possible that you are using a test account? User lists are not supported in test accounts and close upon creation, which is the behavior you describe. If you are not using a test account, can you please provide us with more details about the issue?
