Is it possible to get google ads client id from token

I want to implement somethings like this, user login using their gmail account and then after we got the token we their get all client id or google ads, is it possible to implement this ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, this is not supported in the AdWords API. OAuth2 Credentials such as the client ID and client secret can only be retrieved through the Google API Console Credentials page.
