POLICY_FINDING error while updating RDA with Google Ads API

Hello
We are trying to update Responsive Display Ad with tracking_url & final_url using following request (SOAP request):

customer_id: "1111111111"
operations {
  update {
    resource_name: "customers/1111111111/ads/751027869"
    final_urls: "http://landing_page.com/rsa"
    tracking_url_template: "http://ad_server.com/rsa"
  }
  update_mask {
    paths: "final_urls"
    paths: "tracking_url_template"
  }
}
partial_failure: true

And keep getting following error:

Could you please help us with this?

If you are still facing an error message, could you please provide the complete request and response logs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
