Cannot set use_audience_grouped to true in Ad Group (Shopping Campaign)

Hi,

I am trying to create a shopping campaign in which I map audience resources to specific Ad Groups. I do this using the steps provided in the following document.

However, whenever I do this I receive an error telling me "OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE" and it points towards the usage of "use_audience_grouped". Now, this leads me to the question: Is there any special process for adding audience resources for Shopping campaigns?

Any tips or information regarding this matter would be much appreciated!

With regard to your concern, It seems you have encountered a problem "OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE". This error said, the operation is not permitted on this campaign type. However, so our team can better check this concern, could you provide the complete Ads API logs (request and response with request-id) to further investigation on this?
