Upload Offline Conversion error

I am trying to upload Offline conversion using Google Ads API. There I am using External attribution model and passing 69.99 as a value in external_attribution_credit to the API request,  also passing the same value in conversion_value field and getting following error.

Too high. conversions[0].external_attribution_data.external_attribution_credit

Can you please suggest here what type of value should I pass to fix this error?

Kindly note that the details provided are not sufficient to investigate the issue further. So, I would request you to send the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end while uploading the conversions via the Google Ads API.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
