Conversion Value Rules Audience Condition Missing Data

Hi,

I was trying out the conversion value rules api using the v10 API. I found out that we only get UserLists and UserInterests in the audience conditions but not other audiences like Demographics which I can create in the User Interface. Is there any way to get this information?

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

Unfortunately, our API team is not familiar with the Google Ads UI screenshot you provided and the information contained in it. However, you should be able to determine via the user_list and user_interest resources, as mentioned also here, whether the audiences in those options are indeed returned in the API.

For the "How they have interacted with your business", this could be referring to other audience segment types such as the visitors who took specific actions. That said, if you created these types of audiences, these too should be retrieved via the user_list resource.

As for the "Detailed demographics", could you provide any sample audiences? You may provide to our team your customer ID as well as the complete screenshot if the missing audiences you reported are clicked and displayed. 

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
