PolicyViolationError while using ValueTrack parameter : {placement} in final URL

Hi, 

I am having error while using {placement} value track parameter in the final url while creating the new ads.

the final url is something like this: https://ioadserve.com/click/40/11993/19386/0/{placement}

the error i got is:

If i do it manually in the test platform it is working well, not giving any errors But I cannot achieve it through API . 

Please guide me what can i do to solve this issues.

If you are using AdWords API, you can find information on enabling logging in the ReadMe of your client library.
