No Answer from team, Google Ads API, Basic Access

I can't get my Basic Access Developer Token. I have applied more than two weeks ago, filled and sent Basic Access application. 

After not getting responses , I have submitted to the form three times, but also didn't get response.

I have checked my contact mail (rakhymzhan...@gmail.com is contact mail), spam too.

Please could you let me know, what is going on with my application?
