With regards to your concern, it may be related to the release of our latest version v11, which was indeed released yesterday along with the deprecation of the previous release, v10.

Thus, I would ask you to try again today and verify if the issue is still happening.
If that is the case, could you please provide us with the complete logs (request and response with request-id) via the Reply privately to the author option?
