InvoiceService call failed, run the simplest example

I have applied to pass the InvoiceService whitelist, but I call the simplest case code to get Get Billing Setup, and the return is empty!

I get the InvoiceService service and return an error: google.api_core.exceptions.InternalServerError: 500 Internal error encountered.

I tested that the call to the Get Account Information service is normal, and it returns data

The INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when something unexpected happened while processing the request or due to a bug. However, this error is usually transient and retrying the API will fix this issue.

However, if this issue is occurring frequently, then please provide the following details via Reply privately to author option to investigate:

• Customer ID
• complete request and response logs
• API request ID
