Can I use a remarketing audience for GDN campaigns?

We're planning to allow targeting of similar audiences to our GDN campaigns.

I would like to do this by pulling a specific audience using AdwordsUserListService service, and filtering it by Id.

For ex: 

After getting the list, I will loop through the Ids and add it for CriterionUserList.

Hi Darren,

Yes, you can target audiences with GDN campaigns. Please see this Criteria Usage table as it shows which criteria can be targeted/excluded at what level and what campaign type.
