Crm-based user list removed by API still exists when querying by adGroupCriteriaService

Hi Adwords team,

I found that when removing crm-based user lists from ad group by API, the user lists marked as "Removed" are still on adwords Web, and

when I query ad group criteria by API, they are still in the API response.

There are 3 user list status(Enable, Pause, Remove)  can be choose, but when I looked into AdGroupCriteriaService seletor fields,

there is no user list status field.

As the result, I have no idea how to verify user list on adwords whether is removed or not by API.

Do you have some idea about the problem?

Hi, 

Are you saying, after removing the UserList as a biddable targeting criterion, the UserList is still reflected in the Audiences tab of the AdGroup? If so, could you perform the AdGroupCriterionService.get() and check the userStatus of the specific AdGroupCriterion? UserStatus field should have current user-set state of the criterion. If this is not what you are looking for, could you please elaborate where on UI you are seeing the UserList status? Also, please share the SOAP logs of AdGroupCriterionService.get(), clientCustomerId and the UserList name. This should help me take a closer look at the issue. You could reply privately to author while sharing the details.
