Getting MCC labels on ad group request

Hello,

Upon requesting a list of ad groups via api, sometimes I'm getting only some of the labels, not all of them.

I believe it's happening due to the fact that the missing labels' owner is the Manager account, and I'm getting only those ones which their owner is customer account.

Is there a way to get ad groups, with the "global" labels?

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are getting only limited labels when you are requesting a list of ad groups through API.

In order to assist you further on the issue, please provide us with the uncropped UI screenshot of the issue that you are trying to replicate via the Google Ads API with the visibility of the customer ID . Also, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end to assist you better.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

As mentioned earlier, we need the complete API logs to investigate your issue. So, provide us with the "complete API logs" (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

For other people running into this, it's not supported by the API. There is a pending request to add it, but no ETA is given.
