How to add location in campaign targeting location

I would like to add City Raebareli , Uttar Pradesh , India  this is not given in Adwords API location criteria 2016-11-02.

Apologies for the delayed response. Currently, Uttar Pradesh, India is returned in the Geotargets page as State. I will let the rest of the team know about the request to add the city.
