SetFinalUrlSuffix possible at ad level?

I would like to update the Final URL Suffix for all ads across the account. Is it possible to apply this directly at the ad level? If not, would it need to be set at the campaign or ad group level?
Additionally, I would like to include the ad name or ad ID dynamically in the Final URL Suffix. Could you confirm the best approach for achieving this?

Kindly note that you can update the Final URL Suffix for all ads using AdService. To further assist you with the other query, could you please confirm if you are able to include ad_id and ad_name to the Final URL suffix via Google Ads UI. I can confirm that within the Google Ads UI, I am able to modify the Final URL Suffix successfully. However, I would like to achieve this programmatically using Google Ads Scripts on ad level.
Could you please clarify how the AdService can be used specifically within Google Ads Scripts to update the Final URL Suffix? I am familiar with AdsApp for ad-level operations, but I could not find documentation or examples for utilizing AdService directly in Google Ads Scripts.
