Thank you for writing to us regarding your concern. If you are encountering timeouts when generating reports, it could mean that you maybe downloading a huge amount of data all at once. To avoid these timeouts, could you please try to break down your reports by adding filters or by narrowing down the date range as specified in the shared guide? If the data you are downloading isn't really that huge and you are still encountering this error, could you please provide the complete report definition or request and response logs along with the client customer id for me to investigate this further?
