Adword IP Exclusions doesn't work

Hi all,

I'm using the IP Exclusion feature but seems it doesn't work. There are some IPs start with 162.158.75.* click my Ads everyday (Those IPs also click my friend's Ads). 

I blocked them in all campaigns. But they still can click my Ads again.
Some of IPs: 

108.162.216.112

162.158.75.20

162.158.74.199

162.158.75.180

162.158.75.210

I checked their user-agent and device info, they are real devices. Not any Search Engine robot. 
Anyone has experience on this can help me?

Hi Thai,

Can you please confirm if you are using the Google Ads or AdWords API to block these addresses? If you are blocking via API, are you able to see these addresses listed under campaign settings in the UI?

Hello,

You can use the CampaignCriterionService mutate method and specify the IpBlock criterion as the operand.

Hi all,

My problem is resolved. The IPs that I blocked were not client's IPs, They were my server IPs.

I don't know how to close the topic.

how i use this  CampaignCriterionService?

Any link, code or any example that will help me i don't know how i use this  CampaignCriterionService. 

How i call this api and what should i received and how i can pass parameters of Campaign and Ip address.

Hello,

Although we do not have a specific example using IP block in our libraries and examples section, we do have examples using the campaign criterion service. Please see this page that contains multiple examples of campaign criterion service usage. You can adjust these examples to make use of the IpBlock criterion.
