Hi,
I am trying to migrate to Google AdsAPI and facing with [search volume results are different] problem.
Search volume of AdWords API and Google Ads api results are almost 600x times different.
at Ruby environment.
If anyone have any idea about this case.
Please help me.

Could you confirm if you tried to also compare the result of the Google Ads API to the UI? I asked this because the Google Ads API is returning the closest result to the value that we are seeing in the UI.
That being said, could you also try comparing the result of the Google Ads API in the UI? If there is also discrepancies between the results of the Google Ads API and the UI, please provide the following details to investigate the issue:

Google Ads API and UI result are the same. I mean the search volume of AdWords API and Ads API results are different.

Hello,
My name is Matt and I work alongside Ernie. There may be a difference in your AdWords API and Ads API configuration for retrieving search volume. However, given that the AdWords API will sunset shortly, and that the Ads API and UI match as expected, I would recommend using the Ads API instead of the AdWords API.
If you prefer, you may privately send over your AdWords API SOAP logs and we can continue the conversation regarding the AdWords API, UI discrepancy.
