Uncaught SoapFault exception: [HTTP] Could not connect to host with version 201406

Hi,  i saw the other subject  (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/adwords-api/IxBApcUPmQc)

but Our server is everything normal. We don't use firewall and proxy. But we see this error sometimes.

Please help me.

Hi Emin,

We don't have any known outages at our end, so it has to be a connectivity issue at your end - it needn't be on your network, could be on your ISP side too.
