Upload conversion adjustment results in error

Hello everyone,
We are using the uploads section of Conversions tab in Google Ads to adjust the value of our conversions daily. Everyday, the Google Ads scheduler uploads our spreadsheet with the adjusted value.(see picture 1)

We are also using an automation software called zapier to push to Google ads the information once a lead is qualified.

Recently, we changed the name of the conversion goals action in google ads when a lead is qualified (from sales_lead_qualified to qualifiy_lead ). Ever since we did this change, the conversion action from the past doesn't seem to be recognized by Google ads, since we get an error message for every attempt upload of the google sheet to adjust conversion  "This conversion does not exist. Double-check all the parameters."

Any idea on how I could adjust the value of my conversion goals for conversion that occurred before I changed the conversion name? Has this issue ever occurred to anyone already?

Could you please confirm that you are using Google Ads UI (Google Ads account) to adjust conversion value? If yes, kindly provide us with Google Ads customer ID.
