could you tell me with what delay the clicks appears in the report?

If you are pulling the details from the API, the data will always be in sync with the UI. If you are feeling the click from the UI itself is delayed, please contact advertisers community forum where the product experts will shed light on this or contact Google Ads product support team from the help button on the top right corner of your Google Ads account.
