How to upload a huge file without the limits

Hi,

when we upload the file to the adwords through the API interface,

 it appears the error:RateExceededError <rateName=OperationsPerDay, rateKey=basic_access_operations, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>]

Could you please help me to find out why it happens? and how to resolve it?

Hi,

The RateExceededError with rateScope=DEVELOPER happens when you exceeded the limit on the number of operations or report downloads daily. If you have a basic access of your developer token, you have a limit of 10,000 operations and 1,000 report requests a day as you can see in this guide.

There are ways in order to resolve this issue. The first one is to upgrade your developer token to standard access. Doing so will allow you to have unlimited daily operations and report downloads. The RateExceededError with rateScope=DEVELOPER will be resolved, however, you may still encounter RateExceededError with rateScope=ACCOUNT. Please see this guide for more information on the difference of the two rate scopes.

The other simple way in order to resolve your issue is to slow down and retry your request on how many seconds as indicated on RateExceededError.retryAfterSeconds.

Could u Please help out to resolve the issue?

We still have the limits to do daily operations.

how we know that process of applying?

and what should we do now if the daily operation exceed the limit?

Could you confirm as to when you applied for standard access? Also, can you provide to me the MCC Id used in applying for this request? Kindly use the Reply privately to author option when replying.

In regards on the actions that you need to do if you exceed the daily operation limit, as mentioned in my previous response, you need to slow down and retry your request on how many seconds as indicated on retryAfterSeconds.

We applied for standard access at 13th Dec. around 15:00(beijing time); and our MCC Account ID is: XXX-XXX-XXX
and we will slow down and retry our request.

we successfully apply for the standard access of API Access Level

but still have the limits to upload the keywords there:

could u help me out there:

we have to retry upload after one day.
