Application to Google API Basic Access No reply

Hello,

I've applied for Google API Basic Access on behalf of my company several times, but have no heard back. The earliest application was submitted on 01/19/24, and the latest was around 02/04/24.

My MCC ID : 688-696-8709

I did not receive any case ID info or confirmation email for any of the applications.

Also I have submitted three tickets to the Compliance team through: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

However, I did not receive any case ID's or confirmation email for that either.

I know that this isn't the right group for this request, but I didn't see any other options available. The Google rep working with my company cannot assist without the Case ID either.

The application is time-sensitive and will impact my company if delayed.
