UA ID to GA4 update

Hello!

I have on my table columns: UA ID, defaultProfileId and the website url.
Is there a way I can update these UA IDs with the new GA4 ID?

A possible way is to use the website urls and link them with each other somehow, but i would prefer a better method.

Is there any?
