Ad errors in russian language

Hi guys, I'm gettings API errors in russian language, e.g.:

Error: [PolicyViolationError{super=PolicyViolationError.POLICY_ERROR @ operations[0].operand.ad.description, key=PolicyViolationKey{policyName=trademark,violatingText=ABSOLUE}, externalPolicyName=Товарные знаки в тексте объявления, externalPolicyUrl=, externalPolicyDescription=Словосочетание "ABSOLUE" имеет отношение к товарному знаку и не может использоваться в объявлениях AdWords., isExemtable=true, violatingParts=[Part{index=14, length=7}]}]

I wonder what setting  and where influences that? 
It was in English earlier, then I updated library version and now I'm getting this.

Hi Vladimir,

Could you check if the language preferences of the Google account associated with your OAuth2 credentials is set to Russian? You may do so by logging in to accounts.google.com using the Google account associated with your OAuth2 credentials. Then, go to Account preferences > Language & Input Tools and check the selected language.

To help us investigate further, could you reply to us privately (using reply privately to author option) with the complete SOAP request and response logs captured when the issue was encountered using the updated library, as well as the captured logs when it was working properly using an older version?

Hi Ivan, that is still an issue for us. Language in my Google account and Adwords is set to English.
