Request for upgrade standard access level

Hi.

On April 12th, I applied to upgrade to standard access level.
I have not heard back since I applied on April 12th.
My tool is report dashboard for internal employees.

- MCC ID : 808-650-1207
- Case ID : I did not receive the Case ID.

Please help me.
