By reviewing your concern, I understand that you're attempting to retrieve monthly budget and spending information using the Google Ads API. Monthly invoices for a Google Ads account can be retrieved using the
InvoiceService. Please find the
prerequisites in retrieving this information:
- Have monthly invoicing enabled for the Google Ads account. See the guides on account billing setups and budgets to learn how to manage billing using the Google Ads API.
- If set, login-customer-id must specify the customer ID of a manager account that is managing the Google Ads account for which you're retrieving invoices. This is labeled as the paying manager in the Google Ads UI.
Also, I would suggest you kindly refer to this “
Retrieving invoices” documentation for more information. To check monthly invoicing is enabled or not navigate to your Google Ads manager account > Tools and Settings > Billing > Payment profiles. You will be able to know if the monthly invoicing is enabled or not in this page. If the monthly invoicing is not enabled, I would suggest you kindly refer to this help center article "
Apply for monthly invoicing" for more information on how to apply for it.
