How to enable SOAP logging in Laravel 5.5?

I am using PHP 7.0

I am using Laravel 5.5

I am using googleads/googleads-php-lib

I have already enable:

[LOGGING]
; Optional logging settings.
soapLogFilePath = "storage/logs/soap.log"
soapLogLevel = "NOTICE"

I have also create a file soap.log in storage/logs/

But somehow when I try to create the error the soap.log is still empty.

I seems like your concern is more on the logging of your PHP client library rather than the AdWords API. I would suggest to post your issue here as the PHP client library owners are better equipped to assist you.
