Clicks from different IPs with the same Gclid

Hi, I have been monitoring that my website is receiving multiple clicks from the same Gclid from different IPs. Could this be an IP farm attack? And why can't Google identify this and consider it as invalid clicks?

Here is an example:

Kindly note that Google Ads does automatically filter out invalid clicks that may be suspicious or fraudulent. These filters help protect advertisers from paying for clicks that are not genuine. I would suggest you to check this help center article Managing invalid traffic for more information. The Google Ads API's metrics.general_invalid_clicks metric provides data on general invalid clicks, including those generated by bots, crawlers, or irregular patterns. You can query this metric using the campaign report.
