About the Opportunity to raise my bid to beat competitors

Hi,

I noticed that there is a type of Opportunities to suggest me raise some keywords' bid to beat the competitors'. My question is that is there an API to read this type of Opportunities?

This feature is not currently available via the AdWords API.
