HI all,

please help, I'm trying to get campaigns info from this particular account '457-0829-661', but getting error - AuthorizationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE

I understand client might deleted this account,but the client would like to see historical data at the time the account still existed, so my question is - how can i get data for deleted accounts?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error is encountered when the customer is no longer active or cancelled. You may refer to this blog post for more information on info retrieval from cancelled accounts. You may also follow the steps mentioned in the blog post on how to reactivate these accounts if needed.
