Cannot increase and decrease BID of Campaign location criterion via google ads api

I am using google ads api. I cannot find anyway to increase and decrease BID of Campaign location criterion. Please help me. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. You could use the CampaignBidModifierService to modify the bids of the campaign location criterion. You could refer to this code snippet on how to implement it.
