Hello!
After Step 2a of sign up instruction(https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/signingup?hl=en) I've got link to a form in email (https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtokenlow/)
Accessing this link I get a "403 Forbidden".
How to complete a registration?!
