HI All

I tried to upload conversion using API
https://googleads.googleapis.com/v8/customers/2420724207:uploadCallConversions

Every time got a response as

"message": "The call occurred too recently. We are still processing this call's information, please try uploading this conversion again in 6 hours., at conversions[0].caller_id",

Thanks for reaching out to us. The error TOO_RECENT_CALL means the call occurred too recently. To resolve the issue, please consider trying to upload again after 12 hours after the call occurred.
