How to set a campaign type to call-only

Where in the API can I set the campaign type to call-only? I can create call-only ads by creating an ad in an adGroup with an xsi-type of CallOnlyAd, but I do not see where I can set the campaign type to call-only.

Hi Erik,

There is currently no way to set campaigns to call only via the API. The reason for this is that there is no one-to-one mapping between campaign subtype in the API and UI. All campaigns created in the API are of subtype All features.
