Payment setting via API

Hello! 

I have several questions:

1. (the main one) How can I get the payment setting for the particular clientCustomerId via API? 
I mean are there Automatic payments / Manual payments / Monthly invoicing (credit line)?

In this conversation we've found out that to calculate your remaining credit you should use this formula: "spendingLimit - Cost". Which is okay for Manual payments setting.

Please, help me with other methods.

2. In the case of automatic payments, how to get a preset amount which is used to stop showing the commercial? 

3. In the case of Monthly invoicing (credit line), how to get the credit line?

1. The API is currently not supporting the retrieval of the remaining credit. Using the formula "spendingLimit - Cost" is mostly likely not giving you the desired results. There is already a feature request to support the retrieval of the remaining credit no matter if it’s the Automatic payments / Manual payments / Monthly invoicing method. Please keep an eye on our blog for the announcements and updates on new releases.

2. Please refer to this article for how you could get the preset threshold for automatic payments.

3. Please fill out this form to query your credit line for the Monthly invoicing.

However, my first question was how to get the payment setting for the particular clientCustomerId via API? How can I know for sure which one this client is using:
Automatic payments / Manual payments / Monthly invoicing (credit line)?

And other questions were about getting this information via API.

I need to get all this data only via API:
- the payment setting;
- the preset amount for automatic payments (if they are used);
- the credit line for monthly invoicing (if this method is used)

I am a colleague of Xiaoming and let me provide support to your concern.

For monthly invoicing, you can use the InvoiceService to retrieve invoices metadata for a given month of a Google Ads account that has opted in for monthly invoicing. You may refer to this document to read more information about Invoice Service.

As for your questions about retrieving information such as the payment setting, preset amount for automatic payments, and credit line, I am afraid that there are currently not possible to retrieve using Google Ads API / AdWords API. With this, let me raised a feature request to my team for this, subject for review.

Hi Inna,

Thank you for reaching out. As currently the InvoiceService is not available and not open for sign-up. The only way to get the credit line of monthly invoicing is to fill out this form to query it. You could come back and check if the InvoiceService is ready for use at a later time.
