Google API Data Fetch stopped Working

Hello, 

We have been getting this error message since June 30h 

request_id : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (Message: Internal Error)

We are fetching every 2 minutes, Is there a minimum time requirement for this to work without interruption. (i.e: every 5 or 10 mins)

• If using the AdWords API
  • complete SOAP logs (request and response with requestId)
• If using the Google Ads API
  • complete logs (request and response with request-id)
