OAuth Failures Suddenly Happening - Is this a known issue with Google AdWords API ?

Starting around 13:42 UTC today, we started getting lots of authorization errors from the AdWords API.  HTTP response code 400 and error message: "Credential could not be refreshed.  A newly generated refresh token may be required."

When we try to reauthorize, the OAuth Dialog with Google shows "500. That's an error.  There was an error.  Please try again later.  That's all we know."  See attached image.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem?

A problem with OAuth has also been reported recently on Stack Overflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36720282/since-today-google-500-error.

The problem seems to have been resolved by Google.  I observed the errors happening on our application from roughly 13:42 - 14:28 UTC.

Hi,

This was an outage related to Google Cloud services. For future reference, any OAuth2 outage should show up on https://status.cloud.google.com/. For instance, today's outage is listed here.
