Hi Brayan,

Thank you for reaching out to us. To create a child account, first log into your manager account in the Google Ads UI. Once you're logged in, please click "Accounts" on the left hand side.



You then should click the blue "+" button and click "create new account" to create a new child account. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi Brayan,

Thank you for the update. You shouldn't be able to complete the billing portion of the account because test accounts can't run live ads, and as such, you won't be able to set up billing. However, the account should still be created, and you should still see this account under the "accounts" tab.
