Creation of Display Ads through AdWords API

I am trying to create ads through AdWords API using Perl client library.

I have already managed to create Responsive Display Ad using MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd type in API.

Now I have trouble with creation of Display Ad, I don't know what API type is equivalent to Display Ad.

I am confused because Display Ads can contain Images as well as zipped HTML5 files.

Can you please help me with what API type of ad should I use to create Display Ad?

Thanks for reaching out. There is a migration from Display Ad to Responsive Display Ad. You would need to use MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd type to create the Display Ad. Please refer to this blog post for more information on the deprecation of the ResponsiveDisplayAd type. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

I am asking you about creation of what Google Ads UI calls Display Ad, not Responsive Display Ad. 

I provided screenshots from Google Ads UI below. I don't understand what Google AdWords Api type are this ads corresponding to.

Hi Filip,

The Display Ad type appeared on UI could only be created through the Google Ads UI. If you would like to create the Responsive Display Ad you would need to use the MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd type by following this guide as the ResponsiveDisplayAd has been deprecated.
