Result Count Differs with Same Segments

I have two queries where the segments match, but they differ only in terms of metrics, and the result counts are different. I am attaching both queries. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Based on the information provided, I understand that you have two queries where the segments match, but they differ only in terms of metrics, and the result counts are different. Can you modify your query by filtering the data for one ad group ID and check whether the results are varying or not? In order to further investigate from our end, I would request you to share the customer ID of your Google Ads account (CID) using which you are trying to make the API calls using the Google Ads API.
