Hello everyone.

i have two problemes :

1) No campaigns found

I have account with campaigns, adGroups and keywords working but when i try to get campaigns with API, i have a no results found  (Number of results found: 0).
Im using adwords API exemple in v201710/BasicOperations/GetCampaigns.php.

Im getting results when i manage account with the exemple v201710/AccountManagement/GetAccountHierarchy.php. Works fine.

2)No adGroups by campaign found

Im using adwords API exemple in v201710/BasicOperations/GetAdGroups.php but event with campaign ID (from adowrds UI) i have no results.

Someone can help me?

Hi,

It seems that you are setting your clientCustomerId in your property file as your manager account, that's why, there are no campaigns and ad groups being returned in your responses. Most of the AdWords API services like CampaignService and AdGroupService requires the clientCustomerId to be a client account, and not a manager account.

If this is indeed your scenario, then please do the suggestion. If this is not your scenario, then kindly provide your SOAP request and response logs so I can further investigate. Please use the Reply privately to author option when replying.

Thanks,
Vincent

Hi,

Since this is already an old thread, and also for better tracking, could you create a new and include more details of your issue in there? We'll continue our discussion on that thread.

Thanks and regards,
