How to upload offline conversions . Need help . Urgent

Hi Team, I am not able to understand how to upload call/click conversions in google ads , in adwords we used to call mutate and upload gclids , but here we need to provide conversion action .

Ques 1.: What is the process to get the conversion actions or conversion action ids.??

Can someone please explain this clearly.

Also there is conversion action id in google ads but in adwords there was no such thing.

Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API team.

Moving forward to your concern, please see the statements below:

• With regard to uploading call/click conversions in the Google Ads API, the service that used in this is the ConversionUploadService. 
• "What is the process to get the conversion actions or conversion action ids.??"- To measure conversions, you set up a ConversionAction for the type of conversion action you want to track. For instance, an online purchase and a phone call require different conversion actions. Please see this documentation as it contains the way / instruction on how to create a conversion action. In terms of retrieving the conversion action information, you need to use the conversion_action report. For example you want to retrieve the conversion_action.id field, for you to do that you just need to include the said field in the SELECT clause of query / request.
